Prayers needed

We arrived in Africa  yesterday exhausted but safe. We fell hard asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillow but awoke at 5 o'clock in the morning to the eerie ,echoing chants of  the Muslim prayers  of several  neighbors. This has been a very real reminder that we need to always be in prayer.Even now as I am writing to you , I hear them.
We visited the school today and enjoyed  meeting all the sweet children and the staff. The children are being given a good  education and two meals a day which is crucial in helping them rise above the severe property they are in. Part of there schooling is also being taught Gods word. And at the same time the children are singing songs to Jesus you can hear the chants of the Muslim prayers through the school gates.

What an impact we have the opportunity to make in these children's lives. We covet your prayers of  protection  and peace these next two weeks as we look for what will be our new home.
.To all those back home we love you and miss you.
